AUBURN, Ala.- Downtown streets will be closed on Thursday, Oct. 17, for Auburn University's Tipoff at Toomer's event.

Streets will close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, and are expected to reopen before 8 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 18. College Street will be closed from Tichenor to Thach avenues, and Magnolia Avenue will be closed from Wright to Gay streets. On-street parking along College and Magnolia will also close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16. Any cars remaining after midnight will be towed.

An entertainment district will be in effect on Thursday, Oct. 17, from 4-10 p.m.
